The Hojo are four sword forms from the Kashima Shinden Jikishinkage Ryu used in our line of Zen to teach principles of energy, timing, space, posture and breathing. Yamamoto Sensei was a student of Omori Sogen Roshi and Tanouye Tenshin Roshi.
