SHINJINKAI 2013 KANGEIKO: Aikido Winter Training Seminar and Test
Shinjinkai is pleased to invite you on February 2-3, 2013 to this Aikido training seminar at Shinjinkai H.Q. in Chicago, IL. Training is open to Aikido and other martial art practitioners of any style, organization or level. Instruction will include both taijutsu (empty-hand technique) and weapon (ken, jo, tanto) practice as well as meditation and internal training methods. A promotion test will be held for eligible Shinjinkai members at the conclusion of training.
About the Instructors
Meido Moore Sensei was the primary student of the late Aikido and Zen master Tenzan (Fumio) Toyoda Sensei (1947-2001). He is the founder of Shinjinkai and Chief Instructor at its headquarters. For more than 20 years, Moore Sensei has instructed Aikido internationally in both traditional and applied (tactical) contexts; he holds the rank of 6th dan.
Enmei Hunter Sensei began training in 1994 under Toyoda Sensei and Moore Sensei. She is an instructor at Shinjinkai, and serves as the manager (dojo-cho) of its headquarters dojo.
