Ukemi is widely considered the most educational part of Aikido. In this event we will explore the physical dynamics involved in "recieving technique." Topics include; but are not limited to: feather falling, body relaxation, soft rolling, aerial falls, training tools, elasticity and recovery, and more!
This training is open to all ranks and affiliations. Beginners welcome!
