Intro to Zen Day

Join us at this dojo open house for friends and students: learn about Shinjinkai, and experience Zen! We'll meet at 3:00pm to practice basic meditation together (instruction given by our dojo-cho Keizan Murray...no experience required). Afterward we'll enjoy coffee, tea and conversation. Guests are welcome!
